You can return your item by following the below steps:
1. Contact us within the 30 days of receiving the product.
(either by logging into your account or contacting us via telephone or email)
2. Ask our customer services team for an returns reference number.
3. Please tell us briefly why you are returning the product.
4. We shall send you a return postage label and a returns form for you to complete.
5. Pack the goods well in its original packaging, with all the accessories and the returns form.
6. Attach the label to the package
